SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. Dispatch occurs Monday through Wednesday only (excluding Thursdays and Fridays). Orders placed after 2:00pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to prevent your chocolates from being held in transit over the weekend.

To help protect your chocolates during warmer conditions, cool packs are available for purchase (recommended) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

All of our products are crafted fresh using the finest ingredients. As a result, certain items—particularly our chocolate bars—may require additional preparation time. Rest assured, we take great care to dispatch every order as promptly as possible without compromising on quality.

Important Notes:

We strongly recommend Express shipping and adding an ice pack to cart. 

We do not offer refunds for melted items. Australia Post also does not provide compensation for melted goods.
