DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
Currently, we solely provide delivery and do not operate a physical store or distribute our products to retail outlets
WILL MY CHOCOLATES MELT DURING DELIVERY?
Exclusively shipped using EXPRESS POST service, every order is meticulously packaged with high-quality INSULATION to ensure the timely and safe arrival of your chocolates. Plus, Cooler packs will be included for free during warmer months.
If by any chance your treats arrive melted, please do not hesitate to inform us immediately, by clicking here
WHEN WILL I GET MY BONBONS?
I try and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for your order to be shipped.
If you need it by a certain date, please reach out to me with your order number contact, and I'll try and prioritize your order if possible.
We only ship out Monday-Wednesday (except Public Holidays) to avoid your package sitting in the postal system. All orders are shipped via express post. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Cut off Shipping time is Wednesday 2pm. All orders placed after this will be shipped out the following Monday.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CHOCOLATES?
Ideally, chocolates are best stored at room temperature around 20ºC. The best place to keep them is in a cool dry spot away from heat, direct light and strong odours. However if it gets too hot, say 30ºC +, then we recommend that you put the box in a plastic container, wrap in clingfilm and then store in the fridge.
When it comes to eating them, remove from the fridge and leave at room temperature before unwrapping. This process will avoid any unwanted condensation forming on the top of the chocolates.
HOW LONG DO THE CHOCOLATES LAST?
Our bon bons will keep for 3-4 weeks at room temperature, or 2 months in the fridge.

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE IN THE CHOCOLATE?
JV Chocolat cannot absolutely guarantee that our products exclude all traces of nuts (including peanuts and tree nuts), gluten and wheat products, milk and milk products, soy and any other allergens, if you have allergies to any of these we recommend you exercise due caution.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT?
If in the rare event this happens, Please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We won't be able to rectify the issue without picture evidence.

Our goal is your full satisfaction with your purchase and we take special care to guarantee your gift arrives flawlessly. In compliance with laws regarding perishable items, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on baked goods.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery, and we will make it right.
